A common mistake for golfers learning the one plane golf swing is to dip the shoulders rather than rotate the body on the backswing. This can lead to a lot of bad things in the golf swing, so it's critical that a golfer learn the feeling of proper rotation around the spine rather than tilting the shoulders.
