		<description>Interesting, theidiot.  R&amp;A Rule 7-1 states no practice during a stroke play event.  (Match play practice is OK).  The only explanation for the Jiminez example is that the Committee allowed said practice - as permitted as a note to 7-1.  

Pat - it was hard to hear about that.  I couldn&#039;t believe it when I first heard.  Granted, as in the Jiminez case, you may have been able to take it to the committee.  Oh well - like you say, live and learn!</description>
