		<description>Southern VA doesn&#039;t get any colder than here in Eastern NC.  About the only days I miss playing are when it&#039;s under 45* and the wind is blowing.

		<description>Good for you.  The off-season can be a time of excitement, and if one has the right plan, great improvement can occur.  My TPI trainer acquaintence, says we should be able to gain 30 yards!  Ten yards from doing the correct golf specific workout, ten yards from properly fitted equipment and 10 yards from getting the club on plane and making good contact. I am committed to all three aspects. 
Please keep us posted on the workouts and your progress.</description>
