1. I signed up but can't access the Members Vault forum.
Answer: You should have been asked to enter your forum username upon signing up. If you did not do this step, you must email your forum username to cjquinton@yahoo.com

2. What do I need to watch the videos?
Answer: You need to download a the free Macromedia Flash Player 8. It can be downloaded here: Download

3. If I want to watch a higher resolution version of the video, what do I need to do?
Answer: You can download video files that are twice the size and resolution for a nominal fee in the "Video Downloads" section of the "Vault Store" on the left. They are downloaded in .wmv format.

4. I signed up and can't login.
