RST MOVE 2: BACK TO TARGET
- Move 2 is comprised of the second half of the backswing. To briefly summarize what occurs in this move:
- Shoulders turn another 45* for a full 90* turn
- Hips turn approximately 45*
- Shoulder elevation
- Right elbow flexion
- This lesson focuses on your ability to blend these movements into a fluid sequence that will ensure you have the perfect position at the top of your backswing.
