RST MOVE 4: THE FOLLOW-THROUGH
- Though Move 4, The Follow-through, is mostly a reactionary movement, it plays an important role in diagnosing many incorrect movements that preceded it.
- The key areas of analysis for Move 4 involve checking the following:
- Left hip, knee, and ankle in neutral joint alignment
- Maintenance of spine angle
- Hands in front of the chest
- This lesson focuses on using your follow-through to aid in determining if Moves 1-3 have been performed correctly.
