RST SETUP
- This lesson focuses on the anatomical absolutes of the setup. The goal for our setup is to ensure that our bodies are anchored to the ground in such a way that will provide a stable, centered engine for our golf swing.
- You will be taught the key to power is in the application of the large core muscles, engaging proper muscles “in the box” for correct posture, stability, and power.
- Understand the correct fundamentals for the following:
- Stance Width
- Weight Distribution
- Spine Alignment
- Arm Position
- Ball Position
- Receive all of the following:
- Split screen with RST founder Chuck Quinton to visually identify the critical areas of your current setup.
- Complete explanation answering all of your questions about why we need to setup this way to allow our bodies to move correctly.
- Follow up lesson to ensure you have made the correct adjustments.
