A Lesson with Pat - Keeping Head Back

When Pat misses a shot, he tends to get out in front of it and get completely out of sync. One of our main focus's right now is for him to keep his head behind the ball at impact. If you draw a line straight up from the back of the ball, the left side of your head should be in line with it and never go in front of it until long after impact. In this video you can see us working on this issue.
